Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Hotels can be booked through the registration system. You pay your room when you check out. Rooms can be cancelled. Please check the cancellation policy of your hotel.

Conference Diner – Guests

We very much welcome your guests to join us as at the welcome reception on 3^rd July in Edinburgh Festival Theatre and the Conference Diner on 4^th July to be held at Edinburgh Dynamic Earth. However, due to limited capacity at the venue, it is very important that guests register for the Conference Dinner
